This Return Policy applies to goods purchased from Shodrexxezei, 79 A8, Neutral Bay NSW 2089, Australia, including Pressurionex food supplements.
1. Region and cross-border orders
We ship from or through Australia-based operations unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. International orders may attract customs duties, delays, or import restrictions on food supplements that are outside our control. Return eligibility for cross-border parcels follows the same hygiene rules below and may require you to cover return postage where the law allows.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
3. Hygiene and sealed products
For safety reasons, opened food supplement containers may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Sealed packs in resaleable condition may qualify within the window below.
4. Change of mind
Where the law allows discretionary change-of-mind returns, submit your request within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Delivery charges are refunded only when the entire order is returned due to our error.
5. Defective or damaged shipments
Inspect parcels on arrival. Report damage or missing items within forty-eight hours with photographs of the outer carton and affected units. We will arrange return labels or disposal instructions as appropriate.
6. Process
Email info@shodrexxezei.world or contact@shodrexxezei.world with your order identifier, reason, and images if relevant. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect the goods.
7. EU consumer rights
If you qualify as a consumer in the European Union, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, with exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection once opened.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks without prior notice may delay investigation.
